    Yes. From the beginner to the experienced investor. If you know nothing or a little about "Subject To" Real Estate Investing this is the place to begin.

  • Will I be able to combine learning and do actual deals?

    If you prefer and you think you are ready sure.

  • How long will this take to learn?

    Approximately 4 weeks depending if you make every session.  3 times per week until done. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

  • What happens if I miss a class?

    In all cases the previous session video replay will be emailed to you. If you are an Elite Member you will have additiona replay access on the website portal.

  • How will I get the information and lessons?

    All Information and training documents are emailed to you as we progress along. Zoom classes (1 to 14 sessions) will then be scheduled and the information and documents will be covered according to schedule.

  • Can I make payments?

    Yes you can. You can make 3 scheduled payments of $333 or $999 one time. (If paid at one time you get an additional $100 off)

  • Can I retake the course again if I need too?
